We use only the finest materials for our creations, so please follow the care instructions to take good care of them.

Wool, as a fibre, cleans naturally, expels odours by controlling moisture, and is naturally resistant to stains and creases. This means you shouldn't have to wash your woollens as often.

If you must wash them, choose a hand wash in cold water. Use a detergent designed for chemical-free woollens.

Tumble dryers are not allowed as they tend to shrink wool, so air dry flat instead.

Avoid traditional dry cleaning, which is a chemical-intensive process that can have a negative impact on the environment, textile fibres and your skin.

If dry cleaning is necessary, look for an environmentally friendly service. Ironing can crush or flatten the natural pile of threads.

Instead, steam clean your trousers to remove wrinkles and odours, and help kill dust mites and bacteria.

You can choose a delivery method on the site when you place your order. You will then receive an electronic confirmation that your order has been sent and a summary of the information contained in the order form.

PRODUCTION TIME AND DELIVERY

When a product is offered for pre-order, it is because it is not yet manufactured. We need some time to make it. The estimated delivery date is marked on the product sheet. 

We will do our best to get it to you as soon as possible. This can take between 3 and 4 weeks, sometimes a little more.

Once the parcel is shipped, the delivery time by Colissimo is 3-4 days for France, 3-8 days for other destinations.

For orders of products in stock, the delivery time can vary between 3 and 7 days.

Except for pre-orders, your order will be shipped within 48 hours from the date of payment.

Orders placed before 12 noon are usually shipped the same day on weekdays.

TRACKING

When your package is sent, we send you a confirmation by e-mail. In the e-mail you will find a link that allows you to follow the progress of your delivery. 

If you are not present at the time of delivery, the carrier must normally leave a "notice of delivery". This notice will indicate when the carrier will return or where the parcel was dropped off.

It sometimes happens that the carrier does not leave a delivery notice. We advise you to regularly check the status of your delivery via the tracking number that was sent to you in the delivery tracking email.

If your parcel is advertised as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with your caretaker or neighbours if they have not received it for you.

FEES

In France, delivery is free.

In Europe and the rest of the world, delivery costs are 9.90 € and free for orders over 300 €.

Delivery costs for orders to France and the European Union are indicated inclusive of all taxes.

RETURNS

MEUNE has a 14 day return policy.

Any item you wish to return must be sent within 14 days of receipt. You will not be required to give any reasons or pay any penalties, except for the cost of returning the item.
