We invite you to subscribe to our newsletter in order to be informed of upcoming pre-orders.
All products are initially offered for pre-order at a special value.
This process allows us to optimise our stocks, to ensure the continuity of our responsible approach and to produce the right quantity in our workshop in Paris. This allows us to limit overproduction and overstocks of unsold products as much as possible.
Some products may also be offered in limited quantities after pre-ordering at initial value (excluding pre-order discount) according to your requests.

Order & Delivery
You can choose a delivery method on the site when you place your order. You will then receive an electronic confirmation that your order has been sent and a summary of the information contained in the order form.
MEUNE provides a worldwide delivery service via DHL, Colissimo and Chronopost.
When a product is offered for pre-order, it is because it is not yet manufactured. We need some time to make it. The estimated delivery date is marked on the product sheet.
We will do our best to get it to you as soon as possible. This can take up to 3 to 4 weeks or more.
Once the parcel is shipped, the delivery time by Colissimo is 3-4 days for France, 3-8 days for other destinations.
For orders of products in stock, the delivery time can vary between 3 and 7 days.
Excluding pre-orders, your order will be dispatched within 48 hours of the date of payment. Orders placed before 12:00 noon are usually shipped the same day on weekdays.
MEUNE cannot be held responsible for any failure to deliver due to incomplete or erroneous address information when placing the order. In the event of a package being returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be solely responsible for the return costs.
Delivery times are expressed in working days.
For orders at the point of sale, delivery times may exceptionally be 3-4 days.
The maximum delivery time in metropolitan France is 2 days; the delivery time in French overseas departments and territories is 6 days; the delivery time in the European Union is 5 days; the delivery time outside the European Union is 7 days.
Delivery charges and taxes
In France, delivery is free.
En Europe et dans le reste du monde, les frais de livraison sont de 12 € et gratuits pour les commandes supérieures à 400 €.
Delivery costs for orders to France and the European Union are indicated inclusive of all taxes.
Delivery charges for orders sent outside the European Union are quoted exclusive of tax. Taxes are paid by the client upon receipt of the package according to the laws in force in the country of destination.
Exchange and Return
MEUNE has a 14 day return policy. Any item you wish to return must be sent within 14 days of receipt. You will not have to justify your reasons or pay any penalties, except for the cost of returning the item.
If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it will be extended to the next working day.
In case of free shipping, the shipping costs will be applied if the amount of the retained items is lower than the amount necessary to apply free shipping. The shipping costs will then be deducted from the refund.
To return your item, send it within 14 days of receipt to the address below:

The garment must not have been damaged, worn, worn out or washed. It must be returned in the exact same condition as it was received and must be accompanied by all the documents and accessories supplied and a copy of the invoice or any other element allowing the identification of the order.
If the returned item is not suitable for sale, you will not be refunded, but you may have the item returned at your expense.
You will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after the date of return of the item.
You will be responsible for any loss or damage to the item when it is returned. We do not accept returns for items made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
The payment of the amount of your order is carried out on meune.co according to the methods indicated at the time of its completion. The payment can be made, at your choice :
- by credit card,
- up to 4 free credit card payments with Shop Pay,
- with Paypal,
- with Apple Pay,
- with Google Pay,
The transaction is immediately charged to the credit card after verification of the conformity of the order and the bank data upon receipt of the debit authorization. If the debit is not possible, the order will be refused.
Bank details are encrypted using S.S.L. (Secure Socket Layer). Their use by MEUNE is exclusively limited to the procedures required to validate the order and to issue a refund of the order in the event of a return.
